- Runway dimensions, surface, slope
- Pattern altitude and direction

- Remarks / special notices
Pass 2: current NOTAMs
- Runway / taxiway closures
- With effective start/end times.
- Lighting / navaid outages
- TFRs or temporary restrictions
- Overlaps your arrival or return?
- NOTAMs rechecked at (time)
- Recheck if the schedule shifts.
Pass 3: FBO / operator call log
Call and confirm — do not rely on a directory listing alone. Record who you spoke to.
